Paul initially worked in the offshore captive insurance industry for Willis, an international insurance broker, managing companies on behalf of the beneficial owners, dealing with their administration and finances, but more importantly keeping the owners updated on company performance. He later moved to London where he worked for Credit Indemnity and Financial Services, one of London's leading Credit Insurance firms, as a senior insurance underwriter. Paul's strength of expertise lies in the production and understanding of management figures and using that information to best advantage for our clients.
Joy originally worked in the offshore banking industry as Executive Assistant to the Island Director of the Royal Bank of Scotland International in Guernsey. Her main tasks involved collation and provision of key financial data for the Management Team, managing projects and being the first point of contact for customer complaints to the Island Director’s office. She later transferred to Coutts & Co based in the Strand, London before taking voluntary redundancy in 2003 in order to set up a Property Management and Letting Company which is still in operation today.
Mark has worked in both print and digital design and marketing departments for many world-wide brands including Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars and Trinity Mirror plc. As Creative Manager of a large magazine division at Trinity Mirror Mark was responsible for the portfolio's branding and development. In 2005 decided to leave his position at publishing giant IPC Media to set up his own creative agency iSite-Media. Since that time Mark has worked with many of the country's leading publishers and organisations working on design and digital projects.
Starting her journalism career at Trinity Mirror, Jane is an award-winning editor of three national magazines. After spending 8 years with Trinity Mirror she decide to make the move into self-employment as a freelance writer and editor during which time she contributed to a number of magazines and continued to edit a successful marine magazine. With more and more digital work being offered she decided to concentrate on website development and management working with several large companies co-ordinating and developing the editorial content of their websites.
