Can I amend the business packages?You can create your own business packages by purchasing other products – or buy products to add to an existing business package. It’s up to you to pick the combination of services that best fit your business. Can I choose individual products later on once the business is set up?Yes, you can buy other products both with the initial package and at anytime after your business has been set up. You can also buy products without buying a business package. Can I just buy individual products?Yes, you don’t have to buy a package if you only need a specific product. Simply choose from our list of products. Will I be given a main point of contact at StartUp Revolution?Yes – once we have received your order you will be contacted by a member of the Startup Revolution team to confirm next steps. You will also receive an email confirmation too. How quickly will my business package be set up?Timelines will vary depending on the service you have purchased and how quickly you provide the information required to complete the specific service. Will it be possible to discuss aspects of the business package, such as the business plan and cash flow forecast, with StartUp Revolution after the initial set up?Yes – our helpful and friendly team are on standby to answer any questions or queries you may have. This should be provided to you as soon as your order is placed attached to your confirmation email. Will I be able to make alterations to my website after it has gone live?Yes, any changes will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate Can I continue with the services beyond the initial 12 month period?Yes – a month before your contract is due to expire we will contact you as a matter of courtesy to find out if you are happy with the services you have bought and whether you would like to continue as a StartUp Revolution customer. Can I submit news and articles to your website?Yes, we welcome your business news, articles, blogs, tips, videos, in fact anything you feel will be of assistance to other entrepreneurs. Submit here. If I don’t want to stay with the service providers, such as E-conomic, after the first year can I change?You can change giving us 3 month’s notice. However we pride ourselves on our choice of providers and would ask that you let us know the reason for the change so we can improve our service. How do I make a complaint?In the first instance please speak to one of our customer service advisors so we can try and put right what has gone wrong as soon as we can. If the person you are speaking to cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, please ask them to transfer you to one of our management team who will review the issue with you and come up with a suitable solution. What happens if I wish to postpone set up of the package I have ordered?Contact one of our team on 0845 521 9929 to advise the anticipated date you wish to start and we will action accordingly. What happens if I decide to cancel my order?Where we have not incurred any costs in carrying through your order, we will refund the full amount paid to us. Where costs have been incurred we will refund the payment made less those costs and these will be advised to you in writing. Do I use a 3rd party payment processor?StartUp Revolution uses a 3rd party payment processor (PayPal) to take your credit card information, and so StartUp Revolution's website won’t touch your credit card information. Just make sure none of the credit card details get entered when the address bar still shows the www.startuprevolution.co.uk domain name.
